Carbon Fiber: The Structural Foundation
We select carbon fiber as our primary material for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and high structural rigidity. It allows us to deliver a component that maximizes power transfer and durability while keeping overall weight to an absolute minimum.
The Weave: Performance Meets Aesthetics
Instead of a standard plain weave, we exclusively utilize a 2x2 twill weave. Twill offers superior drapability and fabric stability. Twill will optimize multi-directional tensile strength but also deliver the classic, high-end aesthetic premium builds deserve.
The Resin Matrix: Absolute Precision
Our components rely on premium, aerospace-grade epoxy resin, consistently metered at 47% of the total prepreg mass. This precise saturation ratio guarantees that the epoxy flows seamlessly around and through every single carbon filament. By controlling the mass down to the percentage point, we ensure thorough wet-out during the curing cycle without adding unnecessary weight.
Eliminating Voids Through Pressure
Structural failure in carbon components is almost always traced back to internal voids or interrupted fiber paths. Our goal is absolute continuity—minimizing material cuts and completely eliminating micro-voids.
To achieve this, the ARNIER workshop uses high-pressure molding rather than traditional vacuum bagging. While vacuum setups often rely on consumable ancillaries and generate excessive waste, our pressure-driven method mechanically drives out trapped air. This targeted compaction guarantees a perfectly dense, void-free laminate every single time.
