The material: 2x2 twill carbon for strength-to-weight and that high-end weave aesthetic, aerospace-grade epoxy held at a precise 47% resin ratio, and high-pressure moulding — not vacuum bagging — to eliminate voids. The difference between a post that's structurally sound and one that isn't almost always comes down to voids you can't see. The clamps — machined, not printed: The clamps are CNC-machined in-house from 7075 aluminium — not 3D-printed, not outsourced.
